2024 Mobius Awards
On November 13, 2024, Divert NS hosted the 24th annual Mobius Awards of Environmental Excellence Gala at the Halifax Convention Centre to recognize and celebrate innovative Nova Scotians who are leaders in environmental action and waste reduction. Featuring emcee, Jeff Douglas (CBC's Mainstreet), and keynote speaker, Dr. Jiaying Zhao, a leading behavioural researcher at the University of British Columbia and Canada Research Chair in Behavioral Sustainability, this event brought together Nova Scotia’s environmental elite for an inspirational evening of celebration and connection.

By reaching young learners with important messaging for over decade, Kari has had a massive impact on tens of thousands of Nova Scotians, building a culture of waste reduction and environmental stewardship.
