When is Supply Reporting Due?

The initial Supply Report for 2023 (calendar year) supply data was due October 1st, 2024. Each year afterwards, Supply Reports will be due on May 31st for the previous calendar years data.

If you missed the deadline for Supply Reporting, you must submit your supply reports as soon as possible. Divert NS will work with producers to provide compliance support.
