EPR Oversight fees cover the costs of Divert NS’ role as Administrator of the EPR Program in Nova Scotia. This includes activities such as developing and managing the registry system and enforcement and compliance activities.

The EPR Oversight Division finances are tracked separately from the Divert NS’ Stewardship programs. Divert NS has adopted internal practices and procedures to enable the separation of finances.
