FAQ

The account Admin is the only user who has the ability to add additional account users.  

  1. At the top right of the homepage select the icon that represents a person. 
  2. The drop-down menu should populate. 
  3. Select the ‘user management’ option. 
  4. This will populate a modal prompting you to go through the necessary information to add a user. 
  5. Once this has been completed, the new user should receive an email to verify their account and set a password.
