Yes, each year producers will be given the opportunity to provide input on Divert NS’ Oversight fee rates. Fee consultation starts in March and will remain open for feedback for 45 business days.

Results of the fee consultation and final EPR Oversight fees are shared with producers in July each year. Annual Fee Consultation Summary Reports are available on the Divert NS fee webpage.
