Champion of the Environment Scholarship
Do you know what all these Grade 12 students have in common? For one thing, they are all passionate about the environment. They have completed numerous litter cleanups, sat on environmental committees, organized awareness events, and implemented environmental action into their daily lives. They also used that passion to secure a Champion of the Environment Scholarship from Divert NS! Not only are these regionally awarded scholarships used to pay for post-secondary education, but they also provide opportunities to network with environmental professionals, attend special events, and tour facilities.
Past winner, Sara Campbell says “Not only did Divert NS’ Champion of the Environment Scholarship award me $2,500 for my education, but it also gave me the opportunity to see and learn about various environmental initiatives taking place across the province. I encourage all Grade 12 students passionate about the environment to apply today!”
