Will fees from the EPR Oversight Division be used to fund stewardship programs and initiatives at Divert NS?

Oversight fees will only cover the direct costs of Divert NS’ role as administrator of the EPR Program. These fees are managed separately from the finances derived from Divert NS’ stewardship operations. Divert NS has adopted internal practices and procedures to enable the separation of finances.
