What is a Readiness Report?

A readiness report is a written report that must be submitted to the Administrator by a Producer or Producer Responsibility Organization (PRO) on behalf a producer.  A Readiness Report describes consultation with municipalities and how a collection system for blue bags will be established and operated within Nova Scotia.  In addition, the Readiness Report must outline how promotion and education of EPR will be implemented.
