A readiness report is a written report that was required to be submitted to the Administrator (Divert NS) by the Producer Responsibility Organization (PRO) on behalf of producers. The Readiness Report described a consultation with municipalities and how a collection system for blue bags will be established and operated within Nova Scotia. In addition, the Readiness Report outlined how promotion and education of EPR will be implemented. Refer to Section 9 of the EPR for PPP Regulations for more information.
