FAQ

What is a Readiness Report?

A readiness report is a written report that must be submitted to the Administrator (Divert NS) by the Producer Responsibility Organization (PRO) on behalf of a producer or a producer themselves. A Readiness Report describes consultation with municipalities and how a collection system for blue bags will be established and operated within Nova Scotia. In addition, the Readiness Report must outline how promotion and education of EPR will be implemented. Refer to Section 9 of the EPR for PPP Regulations for more information.
