Tire Retailers: How will I know when to charge the tire fee?

If your customer is registered as a Remitter, you are not obligated to charge the environmental fee to this customer. If your customer is either registered as a Pay on Purchase, or not on the list, you are obligated to charge the environmental fee at the time of sale.
