I was refused a refund on my beverage container and would like to know why.

Some beverage containers are unfortunately non-refundable, including: 

  • Fluid milk and milk products
  • Soya beverage products
  • Rice beverage products
  • Meal replacement beverages
  • Formulated liquid diets
  • Foods for very low energy diets
  • All baby formulas
  • All concentrates
  • Wine making kits
  • All non-alcoholic beverages in containers 5 litres or greater
  • All “Return for Refund” labeled containers outside of Nova Scotia
