I was refused a refund on my beverage container and would like to know why.
Some beverage containers are unfortunately non-refundable, including:
- Fluid milk and milk products
- Soya beverage products
- Rice beverage products
- Meal replacement beverages
- Formulated liquid diets
- Foods for very low energy diets
- All baby formulas
- All concentrates
- Wine making kits
- All non-alcoholic beverages in containers 5 litres or greater
- All “Return for Refund” labeled containers outside of Nova Scotia
